Who We Are

RHTRT is a trauma-informed task force serving Greater Hartford, Connecticut. We work across disciplines — law enforcement, advocacy, healthcare, and education - to identify trafficking, support survivors, and stop exploitation before it begins.

What We Do

We provide direct support to victims and survivors, offer tools and training to community providers, and lead a coordinated regional response to trafficking in all its forms.
